These conditions apply to all sales concluded by MONSIEUR SIMEON (Commercial name property of the company SDB Habillement) through the website www.monsieursimeon.com . These conditions are only valid for individuals, and no professional can rely on them.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE

1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. The shipping costs mentioned do not exclusively cover the cost of postage but also the costs of preparing and processing the order. It is therefore possible that the price of the shipping costs indicated on the package differs from the shipping costs invoiced at the time of the order.

1.2 – For all products shipped outside the European Union and in the DOM-TOM, customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These sums are the responsibility of the customer and are entirely his responsibility both in terms of declarations and payment to the competent authorities.

1.3 – MONSIEUR SIMEON reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of your order.

1.4 – The products remain the property of MONSIEUR SIMEON until full payment of the order.

1.5– Promotional offers, possible reductions or sales cannot be combined.

ARTICLE 2 – VALIDATION

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY

MONSIEUR SIMEON is not intended to sell the products offered in large quantities. Consequently, MONSIEUR SIMEON reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities. Our products are available as long as they are visible on the site, and excluding promotional operations mentioned as such on the site. In the event of product unavailability after placing your order, we will notify you by email, and will then offer you the choice between refunding your order or replacing the unavailable product(s) with other products from our catalog.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

4.1 – General
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Shipment is made within 48 working hours of the order, subject to availability. Delivery times are generally 2 working days in Metropolitan France, from the dispatch of the order, except in cases of force majeure (strikes, terrorist acts, wars, natural and meteorological disasters, etc.). All the deadlines indicated on the site are given as an indication and are not contractual. Some packages may experience transport delays beyond our control.

The distribution of delivery costs is as follows:

Withdrawal in store – 0 €

Colissimo – 5 €

Chronopost – 7 €

Delivery is free from 150 € of purchases.

In case of payment by check, the order will be shipped upon receipt of the check by us.

4.2 – Reservations
You must notify the carrier and MR. SIMEON of any reservations about the product delivered (for example: damaged package, already opened, etc.). Depending on the cases defined in article 9 below, you can benefit from the exchange and refund conditions provided for in this article.

4.3 – Responsibilities
In case of withdrawal of the product purchased in store: the risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of MONSIEUR SIMEON.
In the case of Colissimo or Chronopost deliveries: deliveries are only made to the address indicated on the order form. The status available on http://www.colissimo.fr/suivi will prevail. If the status indicates that the parcel is lost by the Post Office or damaged, MONSIEUR SIMEON will then take charge of the new shipment of your parcel.

4.4 – Delivery details incorrectly filled in
If a package could not be delivered to you because the delivery address entered is incorrect or incomplete, your package is then automatically returned to our warehouse. In this case, we offer to reship the order to you again by paying the shipping costs or we offer you a refund of your order excluding shipping costs.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

At no time can the sums collected be considered as a deposit or down payment.
Payment for your purchases can be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and other credit cards (e-credit card). Whatever the method of payment, the details of the bank card used are not saved. We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shopify Payments and Apple Pay. During checkout, only one method of payment will be accepted, with the exception of the combination with a Monsieur Siméon gift card.

Payment transactions are handled by our third-party payment processors in accordance with our privacy policy. To purchase a product available on our site (each purchase is called a "Transaction"), you will be required to provide certain information, such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing and shipping address. You warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment methods chosen for the Transaction.

7.1 – In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from MONSIEUR SIMEON without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
The affected product must be returned:
• properly protected, in its original packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation, labels; in perfect resalable condition (undamaged, undamaged or soiled)
• accompanied by the sales invoice so as to allow the latter to identify the Member (order number, surname, first name, address).
• without the product or service having clearly been the subject of long-term use (beyond a few minutes), that is to say provided that the products do not bear the mark of prolonged use exceeding the time necessary for their testing and are in a state suitable for their resale. ARTICLE 8 – CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS

We undertake to refund or exchange products that appear to be defective, damaged or damaged or that do not correspond to your order. The general conditions of sale of consumer contracts include in a box the mentions according to which, when acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:
- has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act;
- can choose between the repair or the replacement of the good, subject to the conditions of cost envisaged by the article L. 211-9 of the code of consumption;
